How do I receive my ticket?

After purchasing the ticket, it will be immediately sent to your email account. For the event, you can decide whether you want to print it or you can simply bring it along on your mobile phone.

Which payment possibilities do I have when buying tickets?

The ticket sale of our events is processed through Bookingkit. There, you can choose between paying by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal or Giro Pay.

What do I need have to bring to the event?

Please bring your printed presale ticket and a valid ID (almost every event is only for people over the age of 18).

Is there a dress code for the events?

Our dress code is "stylish as Berlin City". It does not matter, whether you dress chick, fresh or sexy: Just feel comfortable and happy!

Since we want to show some bits of the buzzing Berlin Nightlife, hence also the clubs, appropriate clothing is appreciated. The rest can stay

Flip-flops, uniform themed T-shirts, crowns or other disguises are forbidden. Men should not wear shorts. And girls, there is absolutely no need for high heels. We have to walk a few meters.

What do I do if I lost my online ticket?

It would be best to turn to our ticket provider Bookingkit.

Where does the pub crawl start?

There is always a common meeting point, which is described in the tour details.

Do I have to pay the entry for clubs and bars?

The club- and barentry is inclusive. You can also enjoy free shots in every bar and in the club.

What languages does the guide speak during the pubcrawl?

We offer 2 different pub crawls, one guided by a german speaking tourguide, the other is guides by an english speaking tourguide. So you can choose, which language you prefer.

Do I need a ticket for public transportation?

On our tour we need to go by underground, so we recommend to take a ticket with you. Otherwise our guide sells tickets to normal conditions or helps you buying at the ticket automat.
