On the Globus Floor a treat from Holland: international DJ, producer and founding spirit of Amsterdam imprint Intacto Records, Shinedoe’s unique vision of electronic dance music, combined with her talent, dynamism and pioneering spirit have acted as a springboard, propelling her to the forefront of house and techno global club scenes. With two albums under her belt and a regular invitee at the global party hotspots but wherever she performs, it is her energy, radiance and unique ability to convey human emotions through electronic music that has enabled her to transcend borders and cultures and leave the clubbing crowds breathless. Forget about techno. Forget about minimal, house, funk or jazz. From now on these are just guidelines into the world of Shinedoe, a place where electronic music gets a whole new perspective. Camea: the New York DJane, producer and composer of excellent sophisticated techno and micro-house sounds is also the founder of the distinguished Clink Recordings, that counts among its illustrious artist roster the likes of Tony Rohr or Tim Xavier. Now settled in our city of the pulse Berlin, you can get your feet warmed up to Camea's set tonight. Myako: deeply rooted in IDM music, Chicago deep and underground techno, she starts to mix regularly in Nantes in 2004. She develops a techno / deep chicago / industriel / underground style of mix. Afterwards she quickly gets to DJ with some guests like: Thomas Brinkmman, Alex Under, Bodycode, Marcel Dettman, Jeff Mills, Monolake, Chloé, Dasha Rush, Suspect, Delta Funktionen, Sleeparchive, DJ Pete aka Scion, Gurtz, Houz Mon, Damian Lazarus, Pedropinto and many more. In 2009 Myako moves in Berlin and releases her first vinyl EP on Comfortzone: "A1 dimdamdom/ A2 deepdapdop". Clayton has now been living in Paris for a few years where he is a really respected DJ. He has played highly regarded venues such as Rex Club (Hello), Twisted Party, Nouveau Casino (Missive Party), Java (BIM), Concorde Altantique (Terrassa), Cocobeach, Villette enchantée, Malibu alongside some of the best french and international DJs. In Tresor another NEXT installment: together with his former classmate Anthony Rother, Patrick Lindsey gained his first computer experience and fulfilled his dream of "self-made produced music." In 1994, Patrick Lindsey already published the very first release on Heiko Laux's label "Kanzleramt" and also released on the legendary Frankfurt based "Harthouse" label. Two years later, Patrick Lindsey had his personal breakthrough with "Malephonk" (Harthouse No. 100) and "Phonkschool" on "School Records" which is the inofficial forerunner of his current label "Funkwelle". Drumcomplex - The Mass Movement Phenomenon. Work-sharing is not uncommon with techno duos, and this goes for Drumcomplex. On the contrary, it is the rule rather than the exception. One of the counterparts, with the right training, focuses on the professional record production output, while the extroverted one faces the raised fists of cheering fans on weekends and tries to relax with some quiet time on weekdays. Arnd Reichow, part of the duo Drumcomplex, has been an example of the second type all his life. Daniel, who holds a degree in sound engineering and who is also Arnd's brother, is an important support - privately as well as professionally. It is this open and honest style that brings this "Drumcomplex" to people in such a simple manner, so that no one in the crowd is able to resist its almost childlike charisma. A spark of harmony that would be nice to see more frequently on the scene again. Sander van der Veer aka Red Square's heart started beating techno and it hasn’t stopped ever since. Nowadays he still can’t sync 2 records together (thank you ableton for the sync button ;) but as a producer Red Square has gained a lot of respect. His productions roused the interest of various local clubs and festivals at which point he was presented with the biggest challenge of his life: cutting up all his productions into a single stage performance and tonight you can take in the Dutchman's tremendous live set yourself.
