From the earliest Projekt Elektrochemie LK and the 12" "Ficken?" Thomas Schumacher released his first album "Electric Ballroom" in 1998 on Bush Records, he later counted among his amazingly long list of accomplishments remixes for the likes of Monika Kruse, Afrika Bambaataa, Chicks On Speed oder System F. Feat. Marc Almond. Thomas Schumacher's delicious electro-house vibe is internationally famous and we welcome him in Globus tonight. Dylan Hermelijn from Holland is 2000 and One. Vision and versatility - the DNA that defines 2000 and One as an artist. His pioneering vision across more than two decades of music genres, now ranks him as one the most versatile, in-demand international artists, commanding weekly performances on the house, techno and techhouse global club and festival circuits. Running 100% Pure Records since 1993, it took until 2009 and the release of 2000 and One's debut album Heritage for a look from the top, a powerful homage to the timelessness of house music and picked up by many as one of the best house / techno albums of that year. Add to this two preeminent Tresor club house music residents that will shake you on the dance floor until you sweat: DJ Luke and Stuff. This is a summer night Friday Tuna Park extravaganza! The Tresor Floor doesn't let up: there is surely a lot to tell about Redshape, but nobody knows who he actually is. He hides his real identity behind a red mask always, even wearing it onstage at his club dates around Europe, which lately have been numerous. Redshape lives in Berlin, he does a rocking live act and he’s released half a dozen tracks over the last year or so on labels such as Delsin, Styrax Leaves and Music Man. We also can reveal he has studied a lot of old Detroit techno records: His sound is a new update on old school templates, and it’s getting a thorough rinsing by DJs as diverse as Laurent Garnier, Josh Wink, Âme and Cassy. Even in Berlin’s inexhaustible club scene few musicians developed an operational experience like Savas Pascalidis: he has been a DJ for near twenty years and a producer for about ten years. Having released two albums and a series of EPs on a couple of A-list labels, Savas Pascalidis is a major part of the German capital’s electronic music landscape. The basement line-up is complimented solidly with a terrific set by our fine techno resident TAG
