CDR Berlin x Through My Speakers

CDR Berlin returns to Prince Charles on Thursday May 26th, and we are happy to announce we’ll be joined by the Through My Speakers crew. Through My Speakers (TMS) is a collective of DJs, producers, bloggers and music enthusiasts making serious waves in Berlin and beyond, including artists such as Sarah Farina, NGHT DRPS, LEFEU, Qumasiquamé and SHE'S DRUNK.

As usual CDR will be a platform for your work-in-progress tracks, remixes and edits, and we’ll be playing them over Prince Charles’ amazing Funktion One soundsystem, all put together expertly by CDR’s founder and DJ Tony Nwachukwu

This time we’ll have two distinct Open CDR sessions during the night, allowing for a broad range of styles to be played. What's more our friends at TMS will be playing unreleased music and tracks in development from their network, meaning this is perhaps the only night in Berlin where the music will be 100% new and exclusive. We’ll also be running an exclusive interactive remix competition alongside TMS, so keep you eyes peeled for details in the next weeks.

TMS originally started as a secret Facebook group in 2010. A group where music connoisseurs, DJs and musicians from all over the world share their songs, work and events in a more likeminded environment.Almost three years later members of that collective decided to bring the idea to a more stationary environment beside a social media platform and started to host diverse events throughout the year. Since then, TMS has grown into a diverse, yet close-knit, family of DJs, producers, bloggers and music enthusiasts.
