Our brave, sometimes daring expedition is now 2 years old - we find a good reason to look back and tell you about the beginnings.
We love techno, but in the last few years we have often been disappointed with some developments within the techno scene - especially with a certain empowerment of the genre that allows only a narrow interpretation while leaving out other interpretations.
We believe that following trends and elitist tendencies jeopardizes the concept of artistic freedom. For this reason we set out on our expedition two years ago - namely to create a space for further artistic interpretations of the genre. We start every journey with melodic, energetic techno and then reach a hypnotic-atmospheric climax in the second half of the night.
Thus we are not only able to offer a colorful and varied program, but we can also tell a story in this way - with a clear beginning and a defined end. In between, on the way, you will feel how the story develops and unfolds and grows into it together with us over the night. It is relatively clear where it begins - but it always remains a surprise where we drop our anchor in between and where we will eventually arrive.
For our 2-year birthday edition, we particularly welcome the techno Valkyrie Yetti Meissner, who also accompanied us on our very first expedition. We are also looking forward to the Swedish super talent Linn Elisabet (Planet Rhythm) and her aesthetic interpretation of techno. Marvin Hey takes care of the warm-up - and finally we are guided into unknown territory by the master of atmospheric techno - Dorian Gray.
Outside in the tent, Maybe Its N'Ice and Soulbait will provide you with disco and funk-shaped delicacies.
Cheers to 2 years of expeditions - and the journey has only just begun!
