On March 8th Frauengedeck is celebrating International Women's day at Wilde Renate. We will be taking over all four floors, again. The Black floor is dedicated to techno as always, while the Green floor will be more focused on electro and breaks this time and the Red floor will be focused on house tunes. And last but not least the Absinth Bar is the place for 80`s / 90`s vibe.
Founded almost four years ago, Frauengedeck sees itself as a collective for female DJs. The electronic music scene has been addressing the lack of recognition for female DJs for quite a few years now. We are living in a new era, where more and more woman try to find satisfaction and love in music. They work hard to build up something and be a part of that tough business. Frauengedeck wants to support and champion female techno and house DJs in their ambitions.
Watch out and never forget Frauengedecks most important rule: All genders are welcome!
