My Secret Playground
Florian Herzberg (aka My Secret Playground) is one of many important figures in Berlin's live music scene today. In 2014 he started his live music project “My Secret Session”, an event in which DJs and musicians improvise live to dance music together. Since then, more than 130 artists have regularly participated in My Secret Session Shows in Berlin, Hamburg and throughout Germany. The My Secret Playground band lineup includes the best of these musicians from these sessions.
Inspired by artists like Damon Jee, Curses, Terr and Darlyn Vlys, Florian has returned to his 80s roots. The songs are packed with analog synthesizers and echoing drums, while his new sound also includes cinematic influences like Blade Runner, Mad Max and Stranger Things.
