Mango x Pear with Addison Groove, Pear, First Second Label and Bill Mango

As a producer it's difficult to define Addison Groove’s sound, with an extensive discography spanning releases on some of the most renowned label’s in the business. After his rise to fame in 2010 with seminal Swamp 81 release ‘Footcrab’, the producer went from strength to strength with regular releases on 50 Weapons alongside Hyperdub and Tectonic. Further defining his own sound in recent years with self released afro bangers ‘Changa’ and ‘F1nk’ and a collaborative E.P with Sam Binga on Unknown To The Unknown.

Across all his productions there is a clear style and originality with a focus on drum machine rhythms, percussion and sampling, with bass driven groove's drawing reference from his home town of Bristol and dubstep origins under the alias of Headhunter. This versatility is also clear in his dj sets which push the boundaries of dance music, joining the dots between house, techno, afro, electro, uk bass, dubstep, jungle and footwork. We can't wait to host Addison in the Silo floor of Griessmuehle on the 11th of April

Pear are Fio Fa & Nev Jio; a Dublin based party collective turned record label. They have been consistently prolific on all fronts, recently releasing their 7th record by their co-founder Fio Fa. The boy's parties meanwhile have welcomed guests over such as Ben UFO, Peach, Beautiful Swimmers & Project Pablo. Looking forward to having them bring their sound to Berlin's Griessmuehle.
