magdalena was founded in 2012 by 4 friends in the old location of Maria am Ostbahnhof, in 2014 it unfortunately had to give way to the YAAM Club and got your new location at the Osthafen opposite the Wild Renate, after more than a year of renovation it was then reopened in February 2016, Unfortunately, the whole renovation was too expensive so that it was over again on December 31, 2016. Since then there have been parties in different locations at irregular intervals. Since 2019 they have returned to the old location, today's Osthafen, and are regularly hosting parties there again.

In 2008 the Basstronauts started as a DJ duo and Daniel Domann has been leading the project solo since 2018. In addition to his first release on Damn Records, more are planned for the coming year on the Ostfunk label.

Simina Grigoriu was born in Bucharest, grew up in Toronto and now lives in Berlin. She started playing records over ten years ago and has since made a name for herself as a producer. Her publications appear on internationally high-profile labels such as Voltaire Music, Elevate, Tronic and Form. Her own label Kuukou offers techno artists such as Mihai Popoviciu, Joonas L, Zusan and many more a home.

The original Berlin DJ daniel boon has been booked worldwide for over 20 years. He is co-founder of the Magdalena Club in Berlin as well as the labels Ostfunk and Neuhain. In addition to his numerous gigs such as at the Berlin Ritter Butzke and Sisyphos, he has already produced and released on labels such as Riot and Loose Records.
