Film tear X 2020 - Berlinale

It's that time again, film tear # 9 is just around the corner!

Originally the term "film tear" referred to the sudden, complete extinction of the headlights at the end of a scene in the cabaret, later also in the theater. This results in a very strong reduction in the contrast, so that the audience can no longer see or recognize anything. Sounds dangerous at first. But angry movie is a lot of fun. Because seriously ... isn't it exactly those blurry moments that have become true legends?

The film tear event is about the focus falling on mixed areas. We always made sure that film makers, musicians and artists come together in one evening. And look forward to the line-up.
Boys Noize played last year. This year Balbina, Odd Couple, Violence and Pope will play Live. And PILO, Selam X and much more. will play Dj sets. Of course we will have top secret acts this year too. Selam X and Oscar Valentine will take care of the visuals.
