In October 2022, Los Angeles DJ and producer Nosaj Thing (aka Jason Chung) returned after a five-year hiatus with his long-awaited album, Continua, which saw the master of collaborations surpass all expectations. And when tracks like "All Over", a spherical lo-fi ballad with Panda Bear, "Look Both Ways" with HYUKOH or "Condition" with Toro Y Moi have carried you through the night and you find yourself in the melancholic soundscapes lost, you knew that the wait was more than worth it.
In June, Nosa Thing, who can be located musically between hip-hop, wave, drum and bass and jazz, has already produced tracks for Kendrick Lamar, Kid Cudi and Juliana Barwick and has worked with greats such as Philip Glass, Charlotte Gainsbourg and Flying Lotus, play one of his extremely captivating and technically sophisticated live AV shows at Zenner.
