Berlin Calling
Berlin in the 90s: Techno is the sound of the hour. Club DJ Ickarus alias Martin (Paul Kalkbrenner) is one of the big names in the business and is about to release an album. With his manager and girlfriend Mathilde (Rita Lengyel) he travels the world from one dance club to another so as not to miss out on excessive parties, sex and drugs. This has consequences: After heavy drug use, he ends up in Dr. Paul (Corinna Harfouch).
The most recent cultural history awakens to booming life in a tragicomic society portrait of the indulgent rave nation. The musical trip through the techno metropolis of Berlin, where Hannes Stöhr captures the lifestyle of a generation, turns out to be nightmarish.
Electronic composer Martin Karow is a techno DJ in Berlin in the 1990s. Between thumping beats, he mainly indulges in the exuberant life with groupies and drugs. At the same time he is planning the release of his next album, the hoped-for big hit. But a wrong colored pill brings him on a bad trip and to the clinic. First the patient enjoys privileges and freedoms until he leaves without permission.

Treat yourself to a little break and relax with lounge music, delicious summer drinks and delicious tarte flambée. We open the roof terrace 2 hours before the start of the film and we are there for you with our after-movie rooftop bar even after the film >

There are only a limited number of tickets, which can only be booked online.

Tickets: 39 € plus advance booking fee

Due to the hygiene measures we ask you - if possible - to be at the ALICE at least 1 hour before the start of the film. The placement as well as the service can take a long time.
