The special attraction of the Christmas market at the Red Town Hall is the ice rink that is built around the Neptune Fountain. It can be accessed free of charge and serves as a stage for a winter ice rink show.
Christmas market with old Berlin flair
Time is turned back at the Christmas market between St. Mary's Church and the Red Town Hall. Large backdrops on the facades bring 19th century Berlin to life. Traditional artisans produce jewelry, leather products, glass and woodwork and more on site.
Lots to discover for children's eyes
The Christmas market at the Red Town Hall has one or two surprises in store for children. Santa Claus travels through the air in his sleigh three times a day (4:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.). Historical carousels and rides not only exude a nostalgic charm, but also promise exciting experiences for the little ones.
Admire Berlin from above heated gondolas
Another highlight of the Christmas market is the Ferris wheel. From a height of 50 meters, visitors can see Potsdamer Platz, the Brandenburg Gate and the radio tower from enclosed gondolas. In VIP gondolas there is also champagne and canapes.
