The Special Guests feat. Willie Ocean bring the band and fans together again to have a blast for one night like in the old days. The band actually no longer exists. In 2009, The Special Guests feat. Willie Ocean said goodbye to their fans with a big farewell concert. In terms of ska, an era came to an end in Berlin. But "Berlin's No. 1 ska band" is coming back once again. Ska aficionados in general and "TSG" fans in particular should not miss the opportunity - because when and if the next one will come is anyone's guess.

What makes the sound of The Special Guests feat. What makes Willie Ocean so unique is that they never cared about supposed stylistic boundaries and ska clichés that are still used today. The band set their own standards and never only inspired ska purists. What The Special Guests feat. Willie Ocean perfected was ska without the handbrake, ska without blinkers, the goal always clearly in sight: party, dance, celebrate.
