Timeless is a predicate that is often used but, which is like made for this kind of music.
Beatmaker "DasNichts" and singer Julie Karmark originally came from each their world of music – hiphop sampling and jazz and folk – however they both found a sudden attraction in the other's music that enticed them to embark on a voyage to find common grounds.
That is how Blue Thyme came to life picking music elements from all drawers, combining them to their taste, mixing them with Julie's jazzy voice and screwing them together anew. The result is hypnotizing songs that sounds both old school and modern at the same time.” (Manuel Berger, laut.de)
