Curtain up for "DANCE&CHAMPAGNE" on August 13, 2022 from 7:00 p.m. at the nhow Hotel Berlin!

Crunchy and danceable workout and a playlist that will crack without end. In addition, simple choreos that you can pull out again in the next club. And of course: champagne! We'll celebrate with you on the roof terrace of the nhow Hotel with a view over the Spree and the Oberbaum Bridge.

We live prevention and women's power! Your fitness and well-being are our specialty. We breathe new life into dusty words like “pelvic floor training” and sprinkle a bit of glitter over them. You don't like glitter? Then have some confetti!
