12 years ago, 300 people came together in Markthalle Neun in Berlin to dance wildly and snibble at the very first Schnippeldisko in the world. Since then, the format for more appreciation of crooked vegetables has not only taken place every year before the We've got enough! demonstration in Berlin, but now in over 20 countries! On January 20th, 2023 we want to celebrate these 12 years of celebratory fight against food waste and for a better food system with you in Berlin.
The chopped vegetables are made into a soup with the Fläming Kitchen during the party, which is tasted the same evening and distributed the next day during the We've got enough! demo. There will also be workshops, discussions, a live podcast and DJs who will put you in the mood to dance while you're snipping and afterwards. Come and snip and dance with us to take a stand against food waste.
