Festa Junina Berlin is back again this year to celebrate its 10th anniversary full of joy and unforgettable moments. Many of you will particularly remember this wonderful and important festival of our Brazilian culture in Berlin.
Festa Junina is a traditional folk festival in Brazil that takes place every June and was brought to Brazil by the Portuguese during the colonial period. During the Festa Junina in Brazil, typical dances are performed, the so-called Quadrilhas. In addition to typical Brazilian food made from corn or peanuts such as Canjica, Pamonha and Pé de Moleque, there are also typical drinks such as Quentão.
As an exception, the Festa Junina Berlin will take place in August this year, but that doesn't take away from the shine of the event. Come and celebrate with us to the sounds of the best rhythms of the Northeast, quadrilha, typical food and lots of fun activities for children.
