Celebrate 2015 with us directly on Gendarmenmarkt in the heart of Berlin.
We offer you the complete supporting program, starting with cozy dinner in a relaxed atmosphere accompanied by a live Pianists, over a grandiose fireworks display on Gendarmenmarkt up to an incomparable atmosphere on our dance floors.

We start the evening with various exquisite dinner menus, followed of a relaxed lounge atmosphere. We'll leave at midnight pop the corks together and enjoy the fireworks on the Gendarmenmarkt. After that, the dance floor is rocked as if there was no 2015 would exist.
To ensure a good atmosphere, in addition to our residents, among other things DJs from all over Germany. Live musicians, like Saxophonists & drummers who accompany our DJs and for one create an unforgettable atmosphere.

Dinner menu I:
Starter: Beef Tartar with organic egg and Gribiche sauce
Intermediate course: Three kinds of Gillardieu oysters - Nature / Rockefeller / baked with Tamarillo Chutney
Main course: Surf'n Turf - low-simmered beef fillet and half lobster with truffled mini vegetables and morel jus
Dessert: Key lime on oreo base with mint meringue and peanut stick The menu is served with homemade pesto bread and olive oil

Dinner menu II:
Starter: Beef Tartar with organic egg and Gribiche sauce
Main course: Low-cooked prime rib of Charolaise beef with morel jus and truffled mini vegetables, gratin of potatoes and beetroot
Dessert: Buttermilk mousse with a pineapple and basil salad The menu is served with homemade pesto bread and olive oil

Vegetarian menu:
Starter: Green asparagus terrine with wild herbs and rouille sauce Intermediate course: Fruity pumpkin velours with ricotta ravioli and Styrian Oil
Main course: Baked winter roots in filo dough truffled black salsify cream with teriyaki sauce Dessert: Key Lime on Oreo base with mint meringue and peanut stick
