After a globe trotting year of events, HYTE returns to Funkhaus Berlin on New Year's Eve 2018 for a 24 hour marathon with another carefully curated line-up of established high-profile artists and some of the unquestioned most interesting talents of the underground scene. Funkhaus is a colossal and iconic East German complex dating back to 1951 that used to be the largest radio-broadcasting site in the world, and today is a treasure trove for Berlin's electronic music scene. It mixes modernist, clear Bauhaus design with colossal soviet architecture and cavernous industrial halls.

New Year's Eve at the Funkhaus
Far away from the conventional New Year's Eve parties in the hustle and bustle of Berlin, the Funkhaus meets all the requirements of a different kind of New Year's party. Simple industrial flair and background lighting effects give an idea of an extraordinary New Year's Eve.
The location
In the former industrial district of the capital, you can turn night into day undisturbed to your heart's content. Between concrete pillars and steel frames, vibrating basses accompany the arrival of the new year.
