Berghain, which was named the best club in the world in 2009, is located very close to the Mercedes Benz Arena in the trendy Friedrichshain district. The club is colorful and loud, offers an impressive sound, an atmosphere that does not prevail anywhere else and an always excellent line-up. All this, mixed with a laid-back and relaxed audience, is what makes the nights (and days) in Berghain what it is. For years it has attracted a diverse national and international party audience. The name Berghain is derived from the two districts of Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain.
Berghain Berlin is housed in a 50-year-old thermal power station on the site of the old Ostbahnhof. This industrial spirit does not let go of up to 1,500 visitors on the 4 floors with the 3 floors. If you have made it past the bouncers, there is also a bar and one of the famous darkrooms directly on the ground floor. An open and tolerant attitude is required here in order to be able to fully open up to the Berghain experience. A steel staircase leads to the actual club room. There is space for up to 500 people to celebrate on the dance floor. There are also more bars and another darkroom on this floor. On the upper floor there is the panorama bar, which impresses with a huge glass front, but can also be darkened if desired.
The party weekend starts around midnight on Fridays. The party continues until noon on Saturday. It continues around midnight on Saturday. The end of the club night in the legendary electro temple is usually not until Monday morning.
The line-up at Berghain Berlin is of very high quality. Techno and minimal techno are played directly in the club. Well-known house and electro DJs also play in the panorama bar. Celebrities of the scene like Ben Klock or André Galluzi like to hang up in Berghain. In the summer months, the large garden is also open from Sunday around 12 noon. Of course, there is also the typical Berghain sound here.
There is a photo and video ban in the entire club. This discretion is also attractive to many celebrities. The focus here is on the unfiltered, unrecorded live experience. This is one of the reasons why there are neither mirrors nor reflective surfaces in the club. There is no specific dress code, only the door policy in Berghain Berlin is considered to be the strictest in the capital and is known far beyond the country's borders. You should also note that due to the popularity of the Berghain Club, the waiting time between midnight and 8 a.m. can sometimes be over an hour.
A strong gravitational force emanates from Berghain Berlin, both in the capital city and in the tourists. Berghain offers high quality booking and promises unforgettable party nights.
Keine Kameras, keine Spiegel. Die beste Anlage aller Clubs und eine zurecht strenge Tür. Ekstase im Freiraum.
