Tru West is the pre-apocalyptic vision of Martino Marini (Mass Prod), Niccolo` Rufo (Rufus), Herve Corti (Herva) and Raffaele Amenta. For this occasion, Stefano Meucci of The Clover will join on percussions and Davide Lorenzon of Aut Records on saxophone.

The DOWC part 1 told us the story of an imploded Western civilization at the brim of collapse. Its last battalion launched the final desperate charge before vanishing into a dream recalling sketches of a flourishing past. Like for the last American outpost in 1975`s Saigon, it was a matter of time for that Sotofett`s ferocious creature named Dype Skoger to roll over 2500 years of Western history.

The story is to be continued, the second chapter of Tru West`s DOWC saga will be unveiled on February the 3rd 2014. No better time to stage live the Decline Of Western Civilization…, raw, naked, unmediated, hailing for purity and primitive escapism in a world of compromise and corruption.

Special guest of the night is HARMONIOUS THELONIOUS, aka Antonelli Electric, who interpreted the goose-bumping epilogue of The DOWC part 2, depicting the dawn of a better tomorrow, or perhaps just the misleading quietness before a new storm…

Shift Club`s dj resident DENNIS ZERGANIK, eclectic visionaries of the decks, will be the perfect man marking the transition between the two live shows.

CECILIO & LAURINE, vinyl lovers, pearls diggers, are sharing the taste for refined underground house music. They recently founded together with fellow producer Sergio Moreira the label and collective SLOW LIFE, crafting some outstanding, forward-thinking house and garage grooves. SALLY is new alias of Nikolaos Symeonidis (aka Moire Patterns), a multi-talented figure who is also behind Marmo`s and Tru West`s visual / graphic works.
In the last months, as a result of endless studio sessions also partnering with Jerome Sydenham, lots of new material for Ibadan Records has been produced. Coming soon Sally & J - Black Jerusalem - 12" - IRC123. Coming later two more EPs and one LP for Ibadan.
