Your Love

Your Love is a series of parties that Tama Sumo and Lakuti have already hosted at the London club Dance Tunnel at irregular intervals. As the name suggests, it is a matter close to their hearts. And also a reference to the early Chicago house song of the same name by Jamie Principle and Frankie Knuckles, a love song sung by Principle with penetrating passion that has lost none of its anthemic character even 35 years after its first publication. Tama Sumo and Lakuti invited London-based DJ Shy One to the first Your Love party in the Panorama Bar. Shy One started DJing on pirate stations in London at the age of 13 and was inspired by the rich and diverse club music styles of her hometown such as UK Garage, Deep House, Grime and Dubstep. Her debut EP was released ten years ago on DVA Music, most recently her contribution to the '5 Years of Rhythm Section INTL' compilation with “House Party”.
