To stay with Darwin's allegory of REEF as a biotope for the entire biodiversity of DJs and clubbers: This time, this reef is teeming with such a diverse DJ fauna that both floors, Berghain and Panorama Bar, be recorded. BADSISTA is a Brazilian DJ and producer from São Paulo who brings together techno, chicago house, pop and baile funk or funk carioca in her mixes. She is also the co-founder of the collective BANDIDA, which aims to empower women from marginalized backgrounds to make music and DJ. INVT is a duo from Miami, whose music fuses Latin American percussion with garage and dubstep - they play their syncopated rhythms live at the Panorama Bar. Shannen SP is from London, where they will be the Ø nights of Hyperdub at Corsica Studios co-curated, in her sets she reflects the music of the global diaspora. Yung Singh is a British DJ who has been ushering in something of a new Asian underground era for the past three years with his eclectic mixes of house, hip-hop and Punjabi garage. And the crush will be Elissa Suckdog, Enchanted Rhythms and Dan Beaven playing a B2B2B set tonight.
